建筑,作为承载时间,空间以及行为片断的容器,它的意义在于给予这些无规则且零散碎片以限定,并为创造新规则的可能性提供契机。
重庆的跳伞塔建于1942年，由著名建筑师杨廷宝先生所设计，塔身为钢筋混凝土结构，圆锥形，整体通高38米，实际跳距28米。地面至钢臂35米，当时被誉为远东最高，冠绝亚洲。

Architecture as a vessel carries time, space and behavior segment. The significance of building is that restricts the random segments and possibly creates new principle.

Parachute Tower was built in 1942 by Yang Yanbao. The 38m cone tower was made from reinforced concrete structure. 28m skip distance and 35m steel arm distance tower was the highest tower in Asia.

昔日的跳伞塔周边为沙地，以减缓着陆冲击。在八十年代废弃后，一度被改造成游泳馆。后因效益略为不佳，于是改为现在的停车场。四周遍布食店，运动器材店等。跨越70载，政府计划在其周边增建国防体育陈列馆，两位建筑师时空对话，作为对现代博物馆空间开发、布局合理、环境优雅、承续周边文化的功能要求，建筑师有些精致细腻的安排，例如车行入口在支流街道的动线设计缓解了主干道的交通压力。行人动线的把控部分通过绿化带来实现，既改善了当下一个入口，动线单一的现状，又创造出了简明舒适的双向景观。

Surrounding sand slows down the landing impact. In 80s it was transformed into swimming pool. Due to poor financial, it has been transformed into parking lot where restaurants and sports equipment shops around. 70 years later, government is going to build national defense sports museum besides there. It regarded as the dialogue across time and space between Yang Yanbao and the new architect. Tahe kind of perfect effect would make museum function on space exploitation, reasonable arrangement, graceful environment, extension of culture. He has been trying to relieve the traffic pressure by building entrance in collector streets. Landscape is designed for visitors flowrate control. This project improves on previous single traffic line on one entrance and concise and comfortable landscape. Due to height difference vertical design decreases in earth volume and make more room for underground parking. The concise individual building conveys precise.
